Mind over Matter

    Okay, so turns out the whole blogging thing is A lot harder than I expected. Shocker? I think not. But, now that I think about it, I guess I’m making this a bit more complicated then it needs to be, I mean, come on, face it, my life is PRETTY interesting. Like it or not. Weirdness just comes naturally to me! The other day for example, someone asked me “What’s up?” if I was a NORMAL person I probably would have replied “Nothing much” or “I don’t know, you?” but NO like the raving lunatic I am I let my imagination get the best of me, and as casual as one could make such a thing I replied:

 “ Oh, you know, the usual… talking to strangers, reading the dictionary, taking in hobos, banging on the piano while everyone’s trying to sleep (its fun you should try it!) blowing stuff up in the backyard (also a fun one) ……”

Obviously none of these are true (well at least I’d like to speak with my lawyer before saying any further on the matter) But what can I say? My brain is bigger than my skull! I’ve been told various times by multiple people that (and I quote)

“Jennifer…one of these days your heads gonna explode”

 Don’t I just have awesome friends? At least they’re honest. J

Life is good.

Though theres so many things about it that I JUST DON’T GET! You know, everyday stuff, its so confusing! The letter C for example. Why do we even need it! (No offense to any C lovers out there but, there comes a time for dising certain letters of the alphabet, and there’s no way I’m giving up the chance to complain about C!) ITS SOO OVER RATED! Sure, without C words like: cat, car, cereal, corn, and candy wouldn’t exactly be “socially correct” but….YOU COULD SPELL CAT WITH A K!!! You know, Kat. Or cereal with an S (sereal). Same difference! Only kooler!

Therefore, I rest my case.

Just like a Lawyer.

Or a mailman.

I love mailmen, there awesome. I don’t know what it is about then that just makes the so….amazizing! It must be totally, like….hard core to be a mailman though….i mean…what if you have to pee? You’re in a car!! Then what do you do? Hold it? Like I said, totally hard core.

Isn’t lovely a pretty word? Don’t lie. I know it is. Same with legit. It’s a bit socially awkward though. Just like me. J tee hee. I’m talking about words again. Sorry! I’ve recently come in the possession of a thesaurus, you wouldn’t believe how many words there are! When I opened it I was like….

“Whoa! Word party!”

Now that’s legit.

Well, lucky for you people my fingers are getting tired.  Just remember, Mind over matter (p.s. I hope I’m using this in the right sense) no matter how big and bulging your fat brain is, remember reality might just stab you in the back if you take your imagination too far. Like drawing an alien spaceship sucking up cows with its beams in art class (long story, actually happened) not wise. Very creative….but highly not recommended for an A+. Just a suggestion.
